- Shipping is €5.95 per order.
- Free delivery on all orders over €75.
- Delivery 2-3 days (Monday – Thursday) but may take longer under the current circumstances.
- Delivery is made via DPD Couriers. To ensure speedy delivery of your order, please ensure that you have given us a complete and accurate address and telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses / phone number will delay delivery of your item.
- Orders placed at weekend (after 1pm on Friday) will be dispatched on Monday.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund please ensure we receive the item(s) back within 14 DAYS of your purchase. Items received after this time will be returned to the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unwashed, unused, unworn and in the same condition you received them. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns that are soiled and/or damaged (including odour). Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS. Goods Can be exchanged for something else within 7 days on a sale item.
For hygiene reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on Earrings, underwear, swimwear, tights, beauty products and face masks.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns are via An Post
We do not cover the cost of return postage.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product. Please obtain proof of receipt of postage.
Please complete the returns form you will have received with your order and simply return it along with the item. It is important this returns form is completed and sent back with the item for us to complete the refund.

A refund will be made (minus the original delivery charge) on receipt of the item by the original method of payment.
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days. However, if you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was delivered to us please contact our customer care team through our website.
Please note that we do our utmost to ensure that all product shown on our website and social media is an accurate illustration of the product however photography lighting and screen resolution may affect the items appearance at times. Printed fabric may appear slightly different as every style is cut individually and it depends on where the fabric was cut.
